利用規約

第1条（適用）

本利用規約は、未来教育株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供する「FUTURE COMPASS」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆様（以下「利用者」といいます。）は、本規約に同意の上、本サービスをご利用ください。

第2条（アカウント管理）

1. 利用者は、自己の責任において、本サービスのログインIDおよびパスワードを管理するものとします。
2. いかなる場合も、ログインIDおよびパスワードを第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。

第3条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
• 本サービスに含まれる著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• 不正な目的を持って本サービスを利用する行為
• 他の利用者に不利益、損害、不快感を与える行為

第4条（知的財産権）

本サービスを通じて提供されるテキスト、画像、AIによる生成コンテンツ等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ただし、利用者が作成した「探究プロジェクト」「学習ノート」等の著作権は、作成した利用者本人に帰属するものとしますが、利用者は当社に対し、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲でこれを使用することを許諾するものとします。

第5条（免責事項）

1. 当社は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを保証するものではありません。
2. AIによる生成コンテンツ（アドバイス、分析結果、提案等）は、必ずしも正確性、完全性を保証するものではありません。利用者は自己の判断と責任において利用するものとします。
3. 本サービスの利用によって利用者に生じたあらゆる損害について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第6条（利用規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

第7条（未成年者の利用）

本サービスは、学校教育機関を通じて提供されるサービスです。18歳未満の生徒が本サービスを利用する場合は、所属する学校の承認と管理下において利用するものとします。生徒は学校が指定するメールアドレス（学校ドメイン）を使用して登録し、教員の指導のもとで本サービスを利用してください。

第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、札幌市を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

プライバシーポリシー

未来教育株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

第1条（収集する個人情報）

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を収集することがあります。

• 氏名（表示名）、メールアドレス、学校名、学年等の登録情報
• Googleアカウント情報（Googleログインを使用する場合）
• Google APIスコープ情報（email, profile, openid, drive.file）
• 探究プロジェクトの内容、AIへの質問内容、AIとの対話履歴
• PDFファイルのアップロード・共有データ
• サービスの維持・改善のためのアクセスログ

第2条（個人情報の利用目的）

当社は、収集した個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• 本サービスの提供・運営のため
• 利用者への連絡や本人確認のため
• AIによるパーソナライズされたアドバイス・分析結果の生成のため
• 教員と生徒間での探究成果の共有機能を提供するため
• サービスの改善や新サービスの開発のため
• 利用規約に違反した利用者を特定し、ご利用をお断りするため

第3条（第三者への提供）

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、本サービスはGoogle Cloud Platform、Google Gemini API等の第三者が提供するサービスを利用しており、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、個人情報を含まない、あるいは個人を特定できない形でデータが処理されることがあります。

第4条（Google API Services User Data Policyの遵守）

FUTURE COMPASSは、Google APIから受信した情報の使用について、Google API Services User Data Policy（限定的な使用要件を含む）を遵守しています。当社は、Googleユーザーデータを探究学習プラットフォーム機能の提供および改善のためにのみ使用し、サービス提供に必要な場合または法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、このデータを第三者に転送しません。

第5条（Google APIの使用範囲）

当社は、本サービスにおいて以下のGoogle APIスコープを使用します：

• email, profile, openid：Googleアカウントでのログイン認証のため
• drive.file：利用者が作成した探究成果物をGoogle Driveに保存する機能を提供するため（利用者が明示的に保存操作を行った場合のみ）

当社は、これらのスコープを通じて取得した情報を、上記の目的以外には使用しません。

第6条（Cookieの使用）

本サービスは、ログイン状態の維持およびサービスの円滑な提供のため、Cookieを使用します。Cookieには個人を特定する情報は含まれません。ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効化することも可能ですが、その場合、本サービスの一部機能が正常に動作しない可能性があります。

第7条（データの保持期間）

当社は、利用者の個人情報を、アカウントが有効である期間、および法令で定められた期間保持します。利用者がアカウントを削除した場合、当社は速やかに個人情報を削除します。ただし、法令に基づき保存が義務付けられている情報、またはサービスの不正利用防止のために必要な情報については、所定の期間保持することがあります。

第8条（安全管理措置）

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

第9条（開示、訂正等）

当社は、本人から個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止の請求があった場合には、本人確認の上、法令に従い速やかに対応します。

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using "FUTURE COMPASS" (the "Service") provided by MIRAIE INC. ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you ("User") agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Account Management)

1. Users are responsible for managing their login credentials for the Service.
2. Users may not transfer or lend their login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Service
• Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Acts of using the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in texts, images, and AI-generated content provided through the Service belong to us or legitimate third-party rights holders. However, copyrights in "inquiry projects" and "learning notes" created by Users belong to the Users themselves, and Users grant us a license to use such content to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. AI-generated content (advice, analysis results, suggestions, etc.) does not necessarily guarantee accuracy or completeness. Users use such content at their own judgment and responsibility.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users from using the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when we deem it necessary.

Article 7 (Use by Minors)

This Service is provided through educational institutions. When students under 18 years of age use the Service, they must do so under the approval and supervision of their school. Students must register using an email address designated by their school (school domain) and use the Service under the guidance of teachers.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sapporo City.

Privacy Policy

MIRAIE INC. ("we" or "us") establishes the following Privacy Policy for providing the Service.

Article 1 (Personal Information We Collect)

We may collect the following information when providing the Service:

• Registration information such as name (display name), email address, school name, and grade
• Google account information (when using Google login)
• Google API scope information (email, profile, openid, drive.file)
• Content of inquiry projects, questions to AI, and conversation history with AI
• Uploaded PDF files and shared data
• Access logs for service maintenance and improvement

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

We use the collected personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Service
• To contact Users and verify their identity
• To generate personalized advice and analysis results through AI
• To provide sharing features for inquiry results between teachers and students
• To improve the Service and develop new services
• To identify Users who violate the Terms of Service and refuse their use

Article 3 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

We will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from Users, except as required by law. However, the Service uses third-party services such as Google Cloud Platform and Google Gemini API, and data may be processed in a form that does not include personal information or cannot identify individuals to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

Article 4 (Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance)

FUTURE COMPASS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve our inquiry-based learning platform features, and do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Article 5 (Google API Scope Usage)

We use the following Google API scopes in this Service:

• email, profile, openid: For login authentication with Google accounts
• drive.file: To provide the feature for users to save their inquiry-based learning outputs to Google Drive (only when users explicitly perform a save operation)

We do not use information obtained through these scopes for any purpose other than those stated above.

Article 6 (Use of Cookies)

This Service uses cookies to maintain login status and provide smooth service delivery. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. While you can disable cookies through your browser settings, doing so may prevent some features of the Service from functioning properly.

Article 7 (Data Retention Period)

We retain users' personal information for the period during which their account is active and for the period required by law. When a user deletes their account, we will promptly delete their personal information. However, we may retain certain information for a prescribed period if required by law or necessary to prevent fraudulent use of the Service.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

We implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure the security of personal information.

Article 9 (Disclosure and Correction)

When we receive a request from an individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information, we will promptly respond in accordance with laws and regulations after verifying the identity of the individual.
